It is amazing that in this the 21st century, the management of RVUN is non-complacent about providing even the basic facilities to its employees at new upcoming plants. Even after more than 4 years of construction activities at Chabbra, and after 2 units being synchronized, it is amazing that basic facilities like rest rooms (toilets/urinals), drinking water are not available at plant site!! Engineers have to walk more than a kilometer for drinking water!
Seems like we are in 18th century…
The facilities required include single, unshared, air-conditioned accommodations to all staff, good quality food from in-house kitchen at proper time, rest rooms and drinking water units in plant at comfortable distances, proper transport facilities and more..
